William T. Novelline - Founder
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the death of my father, Bill Novelline, this past December. After working in the financial industry for 20 years in various roles, Bill founded Abbot Financial Management in 1983 using our dining room as his conference table. He had a passion for the investment world, but he also wanted to do things the “Right” way and that meant always putting the needs of clients first and foremost. He took great joy in working with individuals and families, learning their stories and helping them attain their financial goals.
In my early days working with my father, I had several colleagues tell me that he was a man with as much integrity in the finance industry as anyone they knew. That never changed with Bill throughout his personal or professional life.
Those of us here at Abbot will continue to honor Bill's legacy with the tenets of trust and integrity that he set forth. He was a colorful man with a heart of gold. He will be missed, but not forgotten.
